With the new SWITCH we wanted to go into detail. Its high-end geometry and components have been carefully selected to deliver incredible performance for beginners and experts alike. The frame made up of a carbon front and rear triangle, its dual geometry that allows travel from 140mm to 150mm, or its powerful SHIMANO EP8 engine make the SWITCH a real machine to devour trails.

The front and rear triangle are made entirely of carbon with a fiber composition and structure where resistance is prioritized. The geometry and structure of the frame is very versatile, in fact, it allows various adjustments such as the change in travel from 140 to 150 mm, or the possibility of mounting 27.5 wheels without affecting its behavior at a geometric level.

Frame

The suspension system of the frame is a Horst link 4-bar type, one of the most efficient on the market and which plays a vital role in the behavior of the bicycle, since it creates independence with pedaling and better initial sensitivity. The structure, design of the linkage and its pivots establish a very solid connection between the front triangle and the swingarm, avoiding flexing and getting the most out of the suspension.

Suspension System

Lighter and more powerful, the Shimano EP8 motor is one of the most reliable and versatile motors on the market, the power and performance of its assistance system transmit a faster and more natural reaction sensation to each pedal stroke, thus improving the ability to response and autonomy.

Motor

The original Shimano E-8036 battery has a capacity of 630Wh and is specifically designed to work with Shimano motors. The configuration between motor and battery are indicated to get the maximum performance and avoid problems, since some types of non-original batteries can affect the operation of the bicycle and lose the guarantee of some components.

Integrated Battery

Acros's BLOCK LOCK system locks the steering wheel to a safe point preventing the handlebars from exceeding the safety angle and causing you to lose control. It also prevents the handlebars and fork from hitting and damaging the frame.

Block Lock Headset

PROTOYPE wheels are ideal for All Mountain / Enduro E-Bikes, the composition of its materials and the 37mm profile allow mounting much wider tires, generating a high level of shock absorption and transmitting a sensation of absolute control. mainly in descents and cobbled areas.

Manitou is the brand specialized in the Enduro fork segment, and of course, the MEZZER model has the perfect structure and adjustments to make the new SWITCH the definitive E-Bike. With 37mm chainstays and a rear triple tree, it's a super-stiff fork and at the same time one of the lightest on the market. One of the main advantages of the MEZZER is in the stroke adjustment, since it can be easily adjusted from 140 to 180 while maintaining the same efficiency. It has adjustable high- and low-speed compression damping and hydraulic puncture protection.

The Manitou MARA shock has been developed together with the MEZZER suspension fork specifically for intensive use. From the trails to the demanding tracks of the Enduro World Series, this shock matches a wide range of tuning options.
