We use different aluminum alloys and manufacturing processes depending on the type of frame and the intended use. Although it is a resistent material, the aluminum is subjected to an external anodizing treatment to cover it with a thin layer that acts as protection and improves the rigidity of the frame. Most of the aluminum tubes that we use are oversized (OVERSIZED), and even so their coefficient of “cushioning” is superior to that of steel, offering the user a more comfortable and relaxed ride.
Aluminum stem type A-Head, with 2 or 4 points of retention to the handlebar, has some superior advantages in relation to those that are inserted in the steering tube. The aluminum stem secures to the 1-1 / 8 steerer tube by means of 2 pinch bolts, this system is one of the safest in the market since it exponentially increases stability and safety of the bicycle, reduces weight and offers an ideal position for the cyclist.
